Welcome to Our Website!

Chief Laurie Saunders and the members of The Berwick & District Volunteer Fire Department welcome you to our web site.

Green Energy

BDVFD Has Joined The WEL Server (web energy logger)

Simply put, the Web Energy Logger (or WEL) is a way to monitor lots of temperature sensors, plus a host of other energy related devices in our building. It's ideal to verify the performance of a solar thermal system, or to calculate the efficiency of a geothermal installation. Not only does the WEL give us a window into our energy environment, it also provides a live snapshot of our system, and a range of trend charts that can be shared on the WEB in real-time.
